Syncope Patient Cases

Patient 1 case: Syncope

Patient: 14 years old female.
Symptoms: Infrequent and unexplained syncope episodes.
History: Several test performed (48h Holter, stress test and tilt table) with negative results and syncope episodes not detected.
ECG monitoring days: 60 days with nuubo60 one lead ECG wearable band.
ECG analysis mode: Cardiac Monitor Heart Rate
Findings: The patient experienced a syncope on day 45 (1.5 months) and the episode was registered. The event analysis .discarded a cardiac origin. Further tests revealed that the patient suffered from epilepsy episodes.

Patient 2 case: Syncope

Patient: Girl 14 years old
Symptoms: Syncope and palpitations
History: Unexplained syncope

Findings: she had the syncope the 23th day of monitoring, with a TPSV of 190bpm

Patient 1 case: Palpitations due to Tachycardia

Patient: 9 year old child
Symptoms: High frequency rate palpitations.
History: Symptoms occur more often when playing but have not been detected previously by 12 lead ECG nor Holter 24 hour
